In agile and adaptive settings, information radiators serve as essential communication mechanisms. These are continuously updated visual displays—such as task boards and burn-down charts—that remain accessible to all stakeholders at all times. They foster transparency, provide real-time status visibility, and support self-organizing team dynamics. The Agile Practice Guide endorses information radiators as a recommended practice for enabling fast, highly visible communication. Pull communication (D) puts the burden on stakeholders to actively seek updates, which limits transparency. Push communication (B) has value but falls short of the real-time visibility that agile environments demand. Verbal techniques (A) tend to be informal and have limited reach across the team.
